Whole Body Vibration Machine arrived in good condition, except for remote which was broken. Contacted the vendor and they are sending me a replacement remote. I enjoy the platform and have it used it at least once a day since I received it 2 weeks ago. I feel it improves my posture, balance, and circulation. Also, it seems to be improving my muscle tone. I started out at level 1 and now mainly use it on level 4. I would highly recommend this product.
