Touch Up Paint Pen For Walls is very nice product. I am hoping this review will get peoples attention and possibly the manufacturer or the resellers attention. The paint pen does work as advertised it’s just not clear on how to reset it or back down the plunger after using.
The reason for this is that there aren’t any instructions that tell you to do this I did not see any on the packaging. And one would think reversing the rotation to back down the plunger would be easy however it is in a locked position that makes you think if you twist it in reverse too hard that you will break it. I had to search the questions in the comments to find the response.
Basically just reverse the direction of the plunger by twisting in the opposite direction and don’t be afraid to push past the tension it will snap in that direction and then twist reversing it will back down the plunger so you can wash it out and refill it with a different color paint. The part that bothers me the most is the responses in the answers from the seller or manufacturer that did not clearly mention this when people were asking about the same thing.
I had to scroll through the questions to find that breaking the tension in the opposite direction will reset the paint pen. Hope this information is useful to you thanks to my research and finding this I am not returning this product and used it successfully.
