Stainless Steel Butter Wheel unit is a monster! Huge! But that’s okay. Handle is thick, durable plastic. I got it for cleaning my griddle, and it works marvelously. Not sure if I like the splash guard, but you can remove it if you don’t like it. Also, grease and residue DOES get between the blade and the heavy duty plastic handle. Not a big deal to most, but if you’re a member of the local OCD club, the wing-nuts allow for quick and easy disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Highly recommend!
