Wow, what a great cushion Round Floor Pillow. I was able to extend my practice to 20 minutes for the first time with no pain or numbness. The only drawback is that it seemed really stuffed full when I received it. Not much room for an imprint of my bum or sit bones. I solved this by removing 2 gallon Ziploc bags full of the buckwheat hulls. Now I can shape it to support my seated position with my pelvis rocked forward. Goodbye back pain!
The fabric reminds me of sweatshirt material and the intricate stitching design is just beautiful. A wonderful addition to my burgeoning meditation practice. I just wish they made a zabuton to match it!
While the price is a bit higher than for some other zafus, it is well worth the money for this lovely, lovely object. It makes me want to practice.
