Rabbit Wine Opener is a very nice product. I gave up on all the electric openers and went back to the Rabbit. Easy to use and works very well on all types of cork. Replaceable spiral is a big positive, as I find the synthetic corks tend to beat up the spiral over time.
10/25/16-review update-Opener locked up after 9 months. I contacted TAYLOR Precision Products (Metrokane Rabbit) who requested I complete a simple e-mail noting the problem and attach photos showing rabbit along with proof of purchase. I did so and 12 days later received a new vertical Rabbit with spare spiral and foil cutter. I did not have to return a broken Rabbit. I am disappointed that first unit failed and replacement was black rather my original red, but delighted with customer service quick response and ease of replacement. Hope new Rabbit,
