Professional Pizza Cutterm is very nice product. This is my all-time favourite pizza cutter! The clever design means that the pressure your provide does most of the cutting, so you cut through your pizza easily every time.
The blade is simple to remove: push the two little tabs away from each other and the plastic cover opens on a hinge. (The texture on the tabs gives you a clue as to where to put your fingers.) The blade then slips out of the clasp it sits in.
We pop the two pieces (with the cover opened) into the dishwasher. Reassembly is easy too: put the blade into the clasp that is slanted and then swing the cover closed. Do be careful, because the blade is sharp. Although, after a couple of years of regular use, I’ve never once cut myself.
Overall, this is a wonderful pizza cutter and a kitchen must have.
