We like this Presto Electric Skillet pan fryer but it was very expensive for plastic made base.
The non stick must be respected or you will damage it. All non stick requires silicone, wooden or plastic heat-resistance tools. The heating element it extremely sensitive as I have never cooked anything passed 275 degrees.
We do not fry chicken, pork or steak in it as it requires high heat and I believe it will damage the non stick.
I do cook hamburger scrambled but not patties.
Also no bacon. Eggs, seared veggies, toast, pancakes, sandwiches that kind of stuff. I have been using this pan for 6 months now and it’s stiff as it was when I first got it. I use another pan for frying things. It a great pan but in Canada it was $100.00.
