Pillow Massager With Heat is very nice product. I have this another unit in this brand that has less rolling balls and it’s nice, but this is way better! Ohhh, how soothing and relaxing this feels on my strained knotted up muscles. I mostly use it on my shoulders & upper back, but I’ve put it under my thighs and my calves too, for relief. It feels heavenly. If I’m really knotted up, I’ll run it for several cycles (maybe 4 or 5) and by the time I stop using it my muscles feel about 80% better, leaving me with only a little tenderness.
I do have to say, be careful leaning back on it too hard for too long because it feels like it has bruised my muscles some when I’ve done that. These balls are not soft, so it will beat up your muscles if you press back on it a lot. But the balls need to be hard in order to get that kneeding effect; like a masseuse digging his/her thumbs into your muscles to release the tension. Learn the right pressure for “your” body by experimenting.
I would fight anyone that tried to take my shiatsu massager away from me. It’s really that helpful for this old body!
