Pier One Outdoor Decor is very nice product. I have been collecting a lot of yard statues and have lost several to breakage – even before they arrived! Some companies sell stuff that is so thin that it is doomed to crush to pieces.
Toscano has consistently provided me with sturdy and delightful little statues that have held up well. This pelican is good sized and perfect for my beach themed corner. I am looking forward to Spring to put this outside and finish decorating.
These little statues are safest when stored out of the elements if you live in an area that gets freezing temps and snow. I am in Utah, so they live in the shed for winter to avoid freeze damage.
