Personalized Whiskey Decanter Set is very nice product. Well I had to return this Father’s Day gift, which was disappointing. The stopper would not stay in – with or without liquid – tried both ways. A bit of a hassle having to return and wait for new item.
New item received and worked perfectly, so happy with that. I also had a problem registering product to receive ‘free gift’ (ice ball tray), which I thought would be a very nice bonus to give to my Dad. While contacting the seller, I mentioned this but only got feedback from agent regarding the ‘defective stopper’. So I will try again and see what happens.
The decanter/glass set is breathtaking though and happy to finally have this issue resolved.
