Perfect Brownie Pan is very nice product. I was struggling to make my medical brownies look presentable before I got this pan….now they are perfectly cut and so beautiful! I took the advice of others and put foil on the bottom because I did notice that the removable bottom is not exactly flush….there was some gapping …but everything turned out perfect with the foil. (Take the removable piece out then lay the foil down then replace the bottom piece) Also, in case you didn’t know, you cook your product WITH the cutter in it.
