Ooni Koda Pizza Oven is very nice product. I chose the Karu because it uses charcoal and wood chunks for fuel, which I have tons of since I use both for smoking BBQ. If you are new to making pizza, especially Neapolitan style, there IS a steep learning. But this would be true for any pizza oven.
I would recommend doing a LOT of research on YouTube and practice everything before attempting dinner for the family. This includes fire/temperature control, making dough, forming pizza dough, transferring from pizza peel to pizza stone, turning the pizza while in the oven, etc.
It took about the 3rd try before I was really making amazing pizzas. As good as any authentic Neapolitan pizza place I have been to!
