Nonstick Cookware Set works as well as they advertise. I’d purchased the copper pans before, but they require “seasoning” like a cast iron pan. The granite rock cookware does not. When I received them, I simply washed them and began to use. The only discrepancy in what they advertise, but then advise against, is using sharp objects in the cookware – however on the television ad they show someone cutting a piece of steak with a knife in the pan – not something I would do anyway. In any case, this cookware is far and above the quality and usability of the copper cookware. I definitely do not regret purchasing the 10 piece set.
