I cannot express in words what Nizoral A-D Anti-Dandruff Shampoo has done for me. I had the worst case of seborrheic dermatitis and nothing has worked for me. Not even the prescription shampoo from my doctor. If you don’t know what that is, look it up, but just know it’s horrible.
I have relaxed hair and washing multiple times a week isn’t exactly good for my hair but within a day or two of washing my hair, another wash would be required to combat the excessive amount of dandruff that wasn’t at all shy about revealing itself to the world. I’d honestly given up after trying anything and everything.
That is until I stumbled across an article that lead me to this product. I couldn’t believe the reviews when I looked it up but I was desperate in my quest to wear dark clothes without white specks everywhere. After my first wash the difference was immediate. Usually when I’m blow drying my hair after I wash there is still dandruff present. There was almost no dandruff after my first use. By the next day I would start to see patches but it took about three days before I started to see any sign of dandruff. I just washed my hair this past Sunday with the product and it is the middle of the week and I haven’t seen a speck of dandruff at all. This is forever going to be my go to shampoo. After years of shame and frustration I’m finally free of my seborrheic dermatitis. Definitely worth a try. I will note that my hair gets pretty stiff after using this but I use a deep conditioning hair mask and it’s perfect.
Edit: It is now Friday and I’m still flake free from Sunday’s wash. So almost a full week with no dandruff and only my second use of the shampoo. Definitely get it.
