Nerf N-Strike Elite Retaliator is a very unique product. My kids were outmatched by their cousins who had a strong-arm blaster versus their single-shot rebel blaster.
We purchased two of these blasters to add to our collection of blasters for family nerf wars during holiday gatherings. This blaster does not require the drum to be ejected like the strong-arm model.
You just shove the darts in any open slot. The downside is that you have to fire once or push a dart through the barrel for the top slot.
But it’s far easier to grab and go during battles without opening the barrel. The accuracy is on par with a strong-arm blaster.
It is not as accurate or powerful as the single barrel blasters. But it is accurate enough to hit your mark.
It does come with six darts but you going to want to buy at least a hundred more for this blaster and some cheap eye protection.
