Neck Traction Device is very nice product. I have had my cervical spine out of alignment for years and its been causing me the occasional headaches…all due to years of sitting in front of the computer and slouching too much…unknowingly. In time, the damage will only get worse so when I found this neck stretcher, I thought why not try it out.
Been using it for a few days now and it definitely helps stretch the spine and relieves the pressure on the nerves…..haven’t felt this much relief in a while, with fewer headache episodes. I think overall, the quality is pretty good as it does what it’s supposed to.
I would agree with one of the other reviewers that when you set it on the biggest stretch that it becomes difficult to go back to the lower levels and it’ll pop out. I’m fine with this as I am now using the 3rd level anyway and will most likely stick to this level from now on. Came well packaged and fast.
