Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Definer Pencil good. I do not have a lot of eyebrow hair thanks to the 90’s trend of over plucking and drawing ones eyebrows in a thin black line to mirror what I NOW think of as a very surprised elderly woman at a nursing home, but THEN thought was THE height of fashion.??♀️
Unfortunately my brows never did recover and I have about 20 hairs per brow up there valiantly fighting to be noticed.?
I color them so they look less thin, but even still, it doesn’t help all that much.
I’ve used a variety of powders and pencils to try to make my eyebrows look more lush without overdrawing them and looking like 2 caterpillars died on my face, and so far I like this one best.
I wouldn’t call the color brown because it’s a bit ashier than that, it’s more of a grayish brown which is somehow a tad more subtle and natural looking on me I think.
It glides on easily, lasts all day and into the night without having to touch it up and doesn’t smudge either which is great because I sweat a lot when I go out dancing and I like for my eyebrows to stay on my face and not on my leads jacket.?
How I use this:
I basically just fill in my brows with short strokes, then I brush it in a side motion across the brow, then an upward motion with the end brush to blend it in.
I took pictures of myself getting ready to go out with a just washed face and no makeup on showing no brows filled in, and one with my makeup just finished so you can see the difference.
Please forgive my slightly straggly brows, I still have to do maintenance on them, as scant as they are, and I can’t seem find my tweezers!?
I’m still looking for something a liiiiitle more brown, but at the moment this is the one I am using most frequently.
