Manfrotto Carbon Fiber Tripod is very nice product. I read all the reviews and knew this was tripod I wanted.Some people dont like the twist lock version but I love it.So easy to lock and release.The tripod is very stable.Legs flex just a tad with anything over 8kg.
The video head is smooth and easy to adjust.Not the best video head that Manfrotto makes but one of the lightest.Has multiple adjustment so the camera is level.It folds up so I can just strap it on backpack with out feeling weigh down.
I dont think the extra cost for the carbon fibre version is needed.This version is already very light.
