Long Distance Touch Lamp is very nice product. When I received my lamps, they seemed to work fine. But I quickly realized they weren’t responding the way they should.
I contacted the seller and they immediately set up a Zoom meeting with me so they could see what was happening. Long story short, they went above and beyond to try to make things right. I did end up having to return my original lamps, but the replacements I received are now working great.
They are so fun to play with. My mom, living 100 miles away, has the second lamp. The lamps are beautiful and the colors are so soothing.
