Kitchenaid Meat Grinder Attachment is a great product. I have always wanted to grind my own meat, rather than buying grocery store “ground” meat. As you never know what quality of meat they put in their ground meat. I thought about getting a KItchenAid grinder. Yet, I put off buying one because of the price.
Then I saw this meat grinder. I like that it is made of metal, and not the cheaper plastic meat grinders. Also it is rated almost as high as the KitchenAide grinder (4.8 stars vs. 4.7 stars) and is cheaper.
That was the clincher. I ended up ordering it yesterday and I received it today. Talk about fast delivery!
I just opened the box and inspected all of the parts. Everything (grinders, blades, food tray, sausage tubes etc.) all look well made and durable.
The only cheap looking item, is the plastic Food “pusher.” It looks like a plastic kids toy. (My Vitamix blender has a plastic Tamper Tool, that is similar to the Kenome Food pusher. This food pusher should work okay and last a long time. As it’s only used to push the food into the grinder.)
Since I just received it today. I haven’t been able to use it yet I am looking forward to grinding my own meat and making homemade sausage!
