Halloween Trees With Lights is very nice product. I just received this purple tree and I ordered it because I have the red/yellow/green tree and like it so much I wanted the purple one too. Unfortunately, this purple tree’s lights are less than half as bright as the red/yellow/green tree. Also, the purple tree runs on batteries, which are not disclosed in the description.
The red/yellow/green tree is a plug-in. I don’t have a preference between power sources, but I am disappointed that the lights aren’t as bright. On the plus side, the purple tree is darling, and if I didn’t have the other one to compare it against, I wouldn’t have any complaints.
Also, the dimmer lights make it so that I leave it on my desk all day and the lights don’t draw so much attention that it becomes annoying. I think the red/yellow/green tree would start to bother me if it were on my desk.
