Gel Moisturizing Socks is very nice product. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, I mean, can’t I do the same thing with lotion and regular socks? Sure you can, but it’s definitely not the same! These socks are soft, light weight and have this gel heel that does something with the lotion and the warmth of your feet that make your heels soft! Typically when I want to moisturize my feet, I’ll sleep with socks on after I apply lotion, but when I get up in the morning, the socks are somewhere in with the covers. Not with these little guys. I didn’t even know they were on!
The instructions say to soak your feet before applying the lotion and the socks. On a typical weekend I may have time for that form of pampering, but last night I didn’t. Before getting into bed, I applied some Vaseline Intensive Care lotion and put on the socks. When I got up this morning, my heels were super soft and the tiny cracks were gone! I’ve only done this once, so we’ll see if I continue to get the same great results, but as of right now, I’m thrilled. No more dry winter feet!
