Ebb And Flow Balance Board is very nice product. This board feels solid. I set it up behind my couch and use it while i watch TV. It doesnt scratch the floor at all and is smooth.
I actually found it significantly easier to ride on the ‘advanced’ setting since you don’t bottom out constantly, so if you buy it an have trouble give that a try. It can be ridden without shoes for sure as it is comfortable enough.
For me I prefer shoes since I have size 13 feet they overhang the board – after riding it for a few minutes it gets uncomfortable. I’d imagine anyone mens size 10 or lower would have no issue. maybe even 11s.
all in all happy with the purchase. my 4 year old loves it too so it keeps her busy and is quiet – what else do you need in life?
