This Door Knocker Balls is very heavy and has a nice patina which is what I wanted. It looks better in person than in the photo on Amazon. I googled it online and found a couple better images. It is definitely a lion head but is serious rather than cheesy. The installation was pretty easy as we had a drill and were able to use one of the existing holes from the old door knocker that we removed. I would absolutely purchase this again and would recommend it to a friend. It also arrived very quickly and the packaging was appropriate for the product.
