Donkey Kong Game And Watch is very nice product. Pre-ordered Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong along with other Amiibo release in this wave; Wario, Waluigi, Rosalina, Daisy, and Boo.
The Amiibos are very well made and true to their character once again! I feel as if this new version of the Kongs are better than the Smash Bros version of the past. I’ve added images from both releases for comparison.
The new Donkey Kong captured the prowess of the Kong even further, at least aesthetically. And it doesn’t have that awkward looking translucent ‘stool’ that’s holding up the figure in the previous iteration. He and Diddy Kong complimented each other quite well standing next to each other.
