Dish Soap Dispenser For Kitchen is very nice product . I am very happy with this little gizmo. Preferring wood, glass & steel over plastic & acrylic on practically everything, this soap dispenser is perfectly suited to the components as they are.
We’ve used it daily for over a month – with two teens (okay, one rarely, if ever does dishes … I regress… ) and it’s held up very well. No parts to rust.
Painted area hasn’t chipped. Little rubber feet are still intact and the pump hasn’t clogged even once. Surprisingly too, debris and extra water, if left on the sponge, doesn’t find it’s way down into the soap holder – so the bottom clear part doesn’t get gross & contaminated.
If food bits stuck to the sponge get it the top, it easily rinses out, without even diluting the lower “fresh soap” part of the vessel.
So, it still looks all clean! Even my very picky husband is happy with it – and he’s always got “his way” of doing things. ( 😉 ha! Doesn’t everyone?)
Oh – I pretty much ditched the included sponge. I like the microfiber covered scrubbie or a cotton dish cloth. It’s just not my thing.
