Design Toscano Going Out Of Business is very nice product. Really cute, without being precious. I chose the dragon since I enjoy the irony in how this one breathes water instead of fire! It actually serves a purpose here; our downspout has a 4-ft long extension that would come loose and blow across the yard whenever we got sturdy winds.
Unfortunately, most often those winds come when a storm is blowing in, sending the downspout out where it is useless at the very time it is needed. This has enough weight to act as an anchor, keeping the spout where it should be.
After a heavy rain, only a tablespoon or so of water remains pooled inside which was something I was concerned about when I made the purchase. I do not want to provide mosquitoes with a place for them to set up a maternity ward.
Dragon boy has proven to be worth the price, and he gets along surprisingly well with the large gecko population we have.
