Crystal Sets For Beginners is very nice product. I ordered the premium healing kit as a gift for my mother. As soon as I made the purchase I received an email from Katy thanking me for my purchase and letting me know if I had any questions about the products I could always ask let. I don’t think I have ever received an email from the vendor so it was nice getting one from her.
When the product came I was definitely excited and as with anything I order I always inspect to see if the order is complete. The gems where very nice she even provided an extra rose quartz stone in an extra little bag. Upon further inspection i realized that the Amethyst cluster was a bit chipped on on corner but it wasn’t too bad since the stone was still large and pretty.
Unfortunately the pendulum was also a bit chipped but since it split down the middle of one of the lines I figured I could probably find a way to repair that. I emailed Katy to let her know that I had received my items and explained of the damages I had found. She replied right away and reassured me that I had her 100% satisfaction guaranteed and told me she would be sending me replacement for both damaged items.
Overall I’m extremely happy with the items I received nonetheless and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will probably be ordering a different kit for my self in the near future. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!
