Ceramic Skulls For Fire Pit is very nice product. I totally love these skulls! I’m glad I bought the black ones…they lightened a little after being in the flames unless I’m seeing things (I’ve included a before, during,and after shot to show the difference. They could appear lighter only because of the cool burn marks at the openings.)
I bought 3 for my firepit and they are larger than the ones that my friends had purchased under a different Amazon listing for around the same money (they wish theirs were larger like mine.) I like the crack in the top, as it adds to visual interest with the flames shooting out of it.
After I had my firepit running for about 20-30 minutes, I returned 15 minutes later after it was shut off and there was still heat emanating from the skulls that I could still warm my hands over. You can see in one of my pics how the inside of the skull was still glowing orange from the heat.
I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Zero regrets.
