Ordered the sandalwood and patchouli Best Sandalwood Beard Oil, and I was expecting a lighter and possibly sweeter scent than what it actually is. The scent is much darker and woodsier, which I actually like better than a lighter, sweeter scent. It is certainly a masculine scent. It is also not overpowering and can be paired with cologne or aftershave with similar scent notes. I really like that this isn’t an oily beard oil. It hasn’t stained any of my collars or left my hands greasy. It just keeps my beard soft, mostly tamed, and smelling good.
