Best Portable Air Conditioner Without Hose is very nice product. I usually like Delonghi products. They make pretty decent products. After a lot of research and debating, I bought this $700 portable AC. Initially, I was disappointed and want to return due to short hose and wifi issues. I could not use straight out of the box. I have to buy an extra hose and a coupler to join the hoses. So I had to spend extra. (My windows are California standard).
I was not able to find the device WIFi on the tablet app or even on the phone. I tried with a few android phones. I had to call a customer service which took me 40 minutes to connect them for troubleshooting the WIFI issues. They should have made WIFi and its instructions much more detailed and clear. Customer care guided me to connect WIFI which was not clear in the manual. It took 20 minutes for CC to figure out the issue and to give me the solution. After that,
finally, I was able to connect toWIFI and update the software.
Overall its a good looking design, easy remote. The cooling and heating are good. Noise level same as other products in the market. It is the same basic noise that comes with a portable AC. If you dont mind short hose this is for you. If you could not connect to WIFI, try contacting customer care. I usually give 5 stars but I gave 4 stars due to poor WIFI instructions and short hose.
