I purchased the Best Facial Cleansing Brush from Tao two weeks ago. A couple of days ago, when I tried to use the brush the brush refused to turn on after the second pause. I thought it might be because the battery ran out, so I charged it for a full day the following day. I tried to turn the brush on and it still refuses to turn on. Every time I put the brush on the charging station it would still glow, but then I press the button the brush would turn a tiny bit then stop. I’m not sure what is the cause of the problem. I was wondering if there is anything you can do to help me out. I’ve only been using this thing for a couple of weeks. I also only use it two times a day. Thanks for your time.
