Best Carabiner For Climbing is very nice product. I was really just looking for simple carabiner type clips (typically 2.5 inch that you get at conferences with company logo’s on them, etc) to secure my ball cap / keys / etc. to my backpack when I travel for work. Thought they looked cool (which they do by the way!). They match my OGIO work backpack (Black with Red highlights), so that looks cool. I was surprised at what I received.
Probably because I didn’t read the entire description! These are quite large and truly meant for climbing. I’m a “large guy” and these take up the entire palm of my hand. They’re a good 4″ long and according to the packaging, support hundreds of lbs of weight, which I’ll NEVER use; but it looks cool. Overkill for my needs, but they look cool! The twist lock feature works great.
There’s NO CHANCE anything clipped into these will get lost while I travel. While going through airports, I’m often complimented on them and asked where to get them.
