I purchased a Best Back Massage Chair and tried it out. But it was too harsh. I purchased this one from Make Lemonade and I am using it as we speak. It is really nice. It is a much more high quality product than the other one. The difference is that this one doesn’t beat you up like the other one did. It’s a firm shiatsu massage but it won’t bruise your back like some of the other ones. It’s really nice and I highly recommend it! And this is the first time I’ve ever done a review for a product.
