Bernzomatic Propane Torch is very nice product. Disappointing! It takes between 3 and 15 clicks of the igniter to get this thing to light. I assumed that at this price it would be a good item and work as advertised, but apparently not. If you buy this expecting it to work well you will be disappointed.
Now its a month later and it takes 20 to 30 clicks to get it to light. This thing is about worthless!!
OK, huge change of opinion! I could not fathom how so many reviews loved this and I did not. So I decided to return it and Amazon offered to send a replacement. Seemed prudent to try this and apparently I got a bad one.
This can happen in any product line, no matter how good they generally are. Now my new one lights the first or second time every time. I am happy, and Amazon was super helpful in fixing the problem. Thanks Amazon and thanks to the Bernzomatic company.
