Aquasana Countertop Water Filter is very nice product. We purchased this filter system 6 or 7 months ago to replace a GE system. We where very happy with the filtration function as it removed both chlorine residue and water off tastes, we were not happy however with the unit’s manufacture as it leaked like a sieve necessitating a bucket under the sink . I sent an e mail to the Aquasana company and they immediately sent a new holder and a new set of filters. An easy install and NO LEAKS. I don’t know if their quality control has improved- if we got a defective unit originally or whatever, but I am very satisfied with the performance of the replacement unit and the company’s quick efforts to correct the problem.
